Precision cleaning services for Critical Healthcare Environments
Founded in 2026, Floor Wise Cleaners, LLC is a local, family-owned cleaning company specializing in detailed residential cleans and reliable commercial and medical maintenance throughout Eastern Iowa.
Started with a simple belief: provide high-quality standard cleaning and maintenance solutions for commercial and healthcare facilities. Built on the principles of consistency, accountability, and clear communication, we eliminate the headaches traditionally associated with hiring cleaning services.
What began as a one-person operation in Iowa City has grown into a trusted team of dedicated, background-checked staff serving families, businesses, and healthcare facilities across Iowa.
Our operations are backed by a structured checklist system and a 100% in-house team (zero random subcontractors). This allows us to deliver predictable, dependable results for homeowners, property managers, healthcare centers and local business owners alike.
We treat every place as if it were our own. Whether you need a weekly tidy-up, a move-in deep clean, or help getting ready for guests, our team arrives on time with eco-friendly products and a smile.
Our Vision
Our belief is, when our customer thoroughly understands how the numbers have been calculated, they are most willing to negotiate a fair price - this is the best basis for a long-term relationship.
Our Mission
Transforming and protecting homes, businesses, and healthcare buildings across Eastern Iowa through safe, professional-quality cleaning solutions, raising the standard of well-being in our community.
Our Goal
To be recognized as the leading strategic partner for hygiene and sanitation in our community, demonstrating that professional cleaning is a direct investment in health, safety, and quality of life.
